Appointments
To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please go to our online booking service, Facebook, or Instagram. If you are unsure of which treatment will work best for you, please call us on 441-737-9569 and we will be happy to guide you towards the right one. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to relax before your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment.

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment at Pull My Hair, please advise us by calling.
Health Conditions
Please let us know of any health conditions or concerns, allergies or injuries which may affect your treatment choice in advance of your appointment. We will do our best to amend your treatment accordingly.
Pregnancy
We advise expectant mothers to wait until after their first trimester before booking.
Gift Vouchers
Pull My Hair gift vouchers are the ideal gift for someone special.
Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

Valuables & Lost Property
Pull My Hair accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables brought onto the premises.
All lost property found on the premises should be given to our reception. Items will be held for four (4) months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities.
Prices
All prices are in Bermuda Dollars (BMD) and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included but are welcomed at your discretion. The price always depends on the hair length, thickness and the amount of product used.
Post Pull My Hair Experience
In order to continue your Pull My Hair experience at home, please see our retail products in reception that are available for purchase.
No Show
In the case of missing your appointment, you will be charged a $50fee that will be added to your next appointment.
Service Guarantee & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
Methods of payment
Pull My Hair accepts Visa, Master Card, debit and cash.
Head Lice
It is against Pull My Hair Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
Right to refuse service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
COVID-19
Pull My Hair complies with all Ministry of Health Covid-19 guidance.
Please remember the following when arriving for your appointment:
· Only those with confirmed appointments will be permitted into the salon
· Clients must enter the salon by themselves and are not allowed visitors during the appointment
· Mask must be worn at all times
· Hand sanitizing/washing will be performed before, during and following appointments
NB* – there will be no exceptions to the above guidelines.
Privacy
Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.

Treatment
Hair Dying – It is recommended, and for best results, that hair is dye post-treatment. If hair is dyed pre-treatment is may fade. Any colour changes are not the responsibility of Pull My Hair. If hair is dyed please wait a minimum of 5 business days before booking a treatment.
Hair Cuts – It is recommended for best results to trim the hair before having a Taninoplasty treatment. This will allow the hair to absorb the product fully.
Chemical Treatments – It is understood that any chemical treatments including perm, relaxers, texturizer, keratin, bleaching, or Japanese straightening CANNOT be done pre-treatment. In the event that any of the aforementioned chemical processes have taken place you MUST wait at least 30 days to book a treatment with Pull My Hair. Any damage caused to the hair, scalp etc. is not the liability of Pull My Hair if this information is not disclosed to our team.
